Cineteca Nacional's Documentation and Information Center gathers a collection of documents on film, making them available to any person interested in the subject. Our main area of interest concerns written materials on Mexican cinema, but the scope of our collection is international and we also have books covering film theory, history and criticism.

The Center offers more than 14, 000 books, 38,200 folders with press clippings, nearly 800 titles of film periodicals, more than 7,200 unpublished scripts, as well as brochures, dialogue lists, press books and electronic resources. We also have video booths.

You can easily access any specific collection by using our research engines for books, press clippings and unpublished scripts (all of them in Spanish only).
